To book an appointment, please consult the live online calendar here. To expedite the booking process, please check your desired date with the other party. Once you see an open date you would like to reserve, please click on the date and fill out the required information. You will receive a message from the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) that the requested date has been held pending confirmation from me. You can also just send me a case caption containing all party/counsel information, along with your requested date, using the simplified form on the "Appointments" page of this site.
I will then check for any conflicts of interest based on the information you provide, confirm the setting with all parties (and if the date has not been cleared it in advance, establish a mutually-acceptable date) and send out confirmation materials, including a mediation agreement setting forth the terms and conditions governing the mediation process, via email.
Full-day mediations are set for seven hours, beginning at 9:00 am unless otherwise arranged. Half-day mediations are set for three hours, beginning at 1:30 pm. Two-hour settings are also available by request.
I do not mediate on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends or evenings, except by special arrangement. Mediations can occur via Zoom or, if all participants are fully vaccinated, at counsel's office. I also have access to conduct mediations at a virtual office space for an additional fee.
If the mediation is via Zoom, a Zoom link will be sent separately. For instructions on how to participate in a Zoom conference, click on the button below.
